What's the difference between an ATS scanner and an ATS checker?
Same thing, different names. 'Scanner' implies it scans across multiple ATS systems and surfaces issues — which is exactly what our tool does. We scan your resume against 13+ enterprise ATS in parallel: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, Naukri, and more.
Why scan against multiple ATS instead of just one?
Because companies don't all use the same ATS. A scan against just Workday tells you how Amazon sees you, but not how Razorpay (Greenhouse) or TCS (Naukri) sees you. Scanning against the full set gives you a resume that works everywhere.
What does the scan show?

Will the scanner work for international resumes?
Yes — we scan against ATS used globally (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Gulf, Singapore, India). The keyword recommendations adapt to your detected role and target region.
Can I scan a Canva or Notion resume?
Yes, but you'll probably score low. Canva and Notion often export text as images that ATS can't read. Use the scan to verify, then rebuild in ResumeGyani or Word for a clean text-based PDF.
Does the scanner store my resume?
No. Files are processed in-memory, auto-deleted within 24 hours unless you save them to your account. We never sell to third parties.
Can I scan against a specific job description?
Yes. Paste the JD into the scanner and we'll add JD-specific keyword matching to the standard ATS scan.
