These Terms & Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities, ensuring a transparent and trustworthy experience.
International USD payments are processed via Razorpay International on behalf of Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. INR payments are processed by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", "our" refer to Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, registered at Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035, India and Vendax Systems LLC, 28 Geary St STE 650 Suite #500, San Francisco, California 94108, United States. "You", "your", "user", "visitor" refer to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our services.
General Terms
Your use of ResumeGyani and purchases from us are governed by the following terms:
- The content on our website may change without prior notice to ensure continuous improvement.
- We strive for accuracy, but neither we nor third parties guarantee the completeness or suitability of information on this site. Any inaccuracies or errors are excluded from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Use of our website and services is at your own risk. It’s your responsibility to ensure our offerings meet your needs. Test our free tools to confirm suitability.
Intellectual Property

AI Interview Gyani Usage Policy
To ensure fair access to our high-performance AI computation resources, usage of the **Interview Gyani** is subject to tier-based limits:

*Usage is reset on the 1st of every calendar month. Unused sessions do not carry forward. Attempts to bypass these limits via multiple accounts result in immediate suspension.
Fair Usage Policy & Profile Slots
To maintain service quality and prevent commercial abuse, we implement a Profile Guard system:
- Single Identity Policy: Subscriptions are strictly for individual use. Your account is linked to your Primary Profile (the first resume you create).
- Unlimited Downloads: You can create, edit, and download unlimited variations of resumes for your Primary Profile.
- Additional Profile Slots: To build resumes for others (e.g., family or friends), you must purchase additional Profile Slots.
Price: ₹299 per additional profile (Lifetime Validity) - Restrictions: Downloading resumes for unauthorized profiles without an available slot is restricted. Sharing accounts to bypass this limit is a violation of our terms and may lead to account suspension.
Add-ons & Plan-Bound Validity
ResumeGyani offers paid add-ons that complement your main subscription — AI Career Coach (₹499), AI Job Search (₹199), Interview Prep Kit (₹199), Apply Pro (₹149), and Interview Gyani Pro (₹299). Add-ons can be purchased during checkout (Step 2) or later as standalone purchases from your dashboard.
How add-on validity works (please read carefully):
- Add-ons expire when your main plan expires. Every paid add-on is tied to the expiry date of your active subscription. Example: if you are on a Pro Quarterly plan with 30 days remaining and you purchase the AI Career Coach add-on, the add-on will be active for those same 30 days — not 30 extra days, and not a separate validity period.
- No lifetime validity. No add-on grants permanent or lifetime access. All add-ons are subscription-bound.
- Buying an add-on does not extend your plan. A standalone add-on purchase will not push your premium_expiry date forward. To get more time, you must renew your main plan.
- Renewing your plan reactivates everything. When you renew your main plan, you can re-purchase the same add-ons; they will then bind to your new plan's expiry.
- Eligibility: Some add-ons require a minimum plan tier (e.g. Apply Pro is available with Quarterly, 6-month, and Yearly plans only). The checkout will only show you add-ons available with your selected plan.
- Refunds on add-ons follow the same policy as our main subscription — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
We keep this transparent so you know exactly what you're paying for. If you have any doubt about how an add-on you've purchased will expire, write to support@resumegyani.com and we'll confirm the exact dates from our records.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
ResumeGyani is operated jointly by Nyquist Tech (India) and Vendax Systems LLC (United States). The governing law and venue for disputes depend on which entity served you and where you reside:
- If you reside in India, or your transaction was processed in INR by Nyquist Tech: these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services.
- If you reside in the United States, or your transaction was processed in USD by Vendax Systems LLC: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Vendax Systems LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services.
- For users in any other country: if you transacted in INR with Nyquist Tech, the India provisions above apply; if you transacted in USD with Vendax Systems LLC, the United States provisions apply.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
