ResumeGyani, operated by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) and Vendax Systems LLC (US), is a digital service delivered instantly. The moment your payment succeeds, your plan is activated and the full value of the service — AI processing, premium templates, downloads, and reports — becomes available to you. For this reason, all sales are final.
INR payments are processed by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. International (USD and other) payments are processed via Razorpay International / Stripe on behalf of Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Because ResumeGyani is a digital product with instant, irreversible delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. This applies to all plans and add-ons, and includes (without limitation):
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, scores, or suggestions
- Unused time remaining on a plan (no partial or pro-rata refunds)
- Purchasing the wrong plan by mistake (contact us — we can help you move to the right plan)
- Not using the service after purchasing it
- Finding a different service or price elsewhere after purchase
We encourage you to use the free tier — build your resume, preview it, and check your ATS score — before deciding to purchase. What you see before payment is exactly the service you get after it.
2. Why This Policy Exists
Digital services cannot be “returned.” The moment your plan activates, computational resources are consumed, premium features are unlocked, and AI processing becomes available on demand — value that cannot be reversed or restocked. This is the standard model for digital goods and software services. All plan activations, AI runs, downloads, and exports are automatically logged with timestamps on your account.
3. One-Time Plans — Nothing to Cancel
ResumeGyani is not a subscription product. Every plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed access period. There is no auto-renewal — your plan simply expires at the end of its term and you will never be charged again unless you choose to purchase again.
Because nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation process is required.
4. Billing Errors — The Only Exception
The no-refund policy applies to the service itself, not to payment mistakes on our side or your bank's. We will promptly investigate and correct genuine billing errors, limited to:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order
- Incorrect amount — you were charged an amount different from the displayed price
- Failed activation — your payment was debited but the plan was never activated on your account
Report a billing error to support@resumegyani.com within 7 days of the charge, from your registered email, with your Order ID. Verified errors are corrected — via activation of the service or reversal of the erroneous charge to the original payment method — within 5–7 business days of verification.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@resumegyani.com first — genuine billing errors (Section 4) are resolved within 1–2 business days.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, delivered purchase may be treated as a breach of these terms. In any dispute, we will provide the payment processor with your account's timestamped activation and usage logs (plan activation, AI runs, downloads, exports, sharing events) as evidence of service delivery. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution, and any referral rewards or credits on such accounts are forfeited.

7. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-excludable rights or guarantees you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region (including, where applicable, the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, and EU consumer directives). Where such laws grant you rights that cannot be waived — for example, where a service is found to be not as described — those rights apply regardless of the terms stated above.
8. Changes to This Policy
Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd and Vendax Systems LLC reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
