At ResumeGyani, operated by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) and Vendax Systems LLC (US), we believe in earning your trust through the quality of our tools. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to genuine users while protecting against misuse.
INR payments are processed by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. International USD payments are processed via Razorpay International / Stripe on behalf of Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.
7-Day Conditional Refund
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase if you feel the service has not delivered value. Refund eligibility is subject to the fair usage conditions below.
Refund Eligible If
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
- No resumes or cover letters have been downloaded or exported as PDF
- AI credits have not been consumed beyond the free tier limit
- Premium templates have not been used to generate or export documents
- Resume or profile has not been shared or published via the platform
Refund NOT Applicable If
Once any of the following actions are performed, the service is considered “used” and refunds are not available:
Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention
- 1.Refund is allowed only once per user, per account, per device, or per payment method — whichever is broader.
- 2.Multiple accounts created by the same individual to claim multiple refunds will result in all accounts being permanently restricted.
- 3.Refund requests are monitored for patterns of abuse. Accounts with suspicious activity may be flagged for manual review.
- 4.We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
No Cancellations After Purchase
Once a plan is purchased, cancellations are not permitted. All paid plans provide immediate access to premium features. We encourage you to explore the free version before upgrading to ensure the product meets your needs.

- 4If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
