How to Track Applications with My Job Tracker

Track every job you apply to: status, daily goals, funnel, and follow-up reminders.

    Open My Job Tracker

    Sign in and go to Job SearchMy Jobs in the menu, or visit /my-jobs. My Job Tracker is included with Premium or the Job Search add-on.

    Tip: You can also reach it from the dashboard via the My Jobs card.

    Use the daily goal and funnel

    At the top you’ll see a daily apply goal (e.g. apply to 5 jobs today). The bar fills as you mark jobs as Applied. Below that, the funnel shows counts: Applied, Interview, Offer. Use it to see your pipeline at a glance.

    Tip: Hitting your daily goal consistently improves your chances of getting callbacks.

    Add and update jobs

    Click Add Job to log a new application: company name, role, job link (optional), and status (Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer). Jobs you save from Find Jobs also appear here. When you get an interview or offer, edit the job and update its status.

    Tip: Set the correct status so your funnel and follow-up suggestions stay accurate.

    Use the list and follow-up suggestions

    Your jobs are listed with status and date. We suggest when to follow up. Use the list to prepare for interviews and remember where you applied. You can delete or edit any job.

    Tip: Keeping My Job Tracker updated helps you stay organized and never miss a follow-up.
