Refund Policy

Effective date: 20 May 2026 · Applies to all paid Enterprise plans and top-ups

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for ResumeGyani Enterprise plans and slot top-ups, operated by Nyquist Tech Pvt. Ltd.. Please read this policy before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us at support@resumegyani.com before making a payment.

Free Pilot

No charge. No card required. Nothing to refund.

Paid Plans

Refundable within 48 hours of first payment if no slots have been used.

Slot Top-ups

Non-refundable once purchased — slots are added to your cycle immediately.

1. Free Pilot

The 7-day free pilot includes 5 candidate slots and full feature access. There is no charge and no credit card is required. The pilot cannot be "refunded" — it simply expires at the end of 7 days if not upgraded. No financial transaction takes place during the pilot period.

2. Paid Plan Purchases

Paid plans (Lite and Pro) are billed in advance for the selected cycle (monthly or quarterly) via Razorpay. Once a billing cycle starts, the slot allocation is immediately credited to your workspace.

Refund eligibility:

  • Within 48 hours of first payment and with zero candidate slots used: eligible for a full refund. Email us at support@resumegyani.com with your workspace ID and payment reference.
  • After 48 hours or if any candidate slots have been used: no refund is applicable for the current cycle. You retain full access until the end of the billing period.
  • Auto-renewal: If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date from your dashboard or by emailing us. We do not refund a renewal charge if the workspace was not cancelled before the renewal date.

Pro-rata refunds for unused months/days within a cycle are not offered, as the full slot allocation is credited upfront at the start of each cycle.

3. Slot Top-ups

Slot top-ups (additional slots purchased mid-cycle) are non-refundable once purchased. Top-up slots are added to your workspace immediately and are available for use right away. Because they are consumed on-demand and expire at the end of your current cycle, we cannot issue refunds for unused top-up slots.

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or a charge after cancellation), contact us within 7 days at support@resumegyani.com with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and, if confirmed as an error, process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. GST amounts included in the original payment will be refunded as per applicable tax regulations.

To request a refund, email support@resumegyani.com with:

  • Your organisation name and admin email
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Reason for refund request

6. Service Termination by Us

In the unlikely event that we terminate the ResumeGyani Enterprise service entirely before the end of a paid billing cycle, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the cycle to all active paid subscribers.

If we terminate a specific workspace due to a material violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
